Office Update

4 Ashby Road

Office Opening

Firstly we hope you are all safe and well. As we are now seeing businesses gradually beginning to reopen, we would like to update you on how we are reopening and the procedures we have in place to ensure our clients and our members of staff are kept safe.

We are now all back as a team working in the office, we have all of the social distancing measures in places to ensure we can work to full capacity in a safe environment. We are fully available to be contacted by email or telephone during our normal opening hours.

Bringing Year End Accounts In

Year end accounts can now be brought into us at any time to suit you. However we do ask for your information to be placed in the box provided in reception. We are more than happy to greet you in reception, but whilst observing all social distancing rules.

If you would prefer to leave your accounts in the box and leave without a chat, that’s also fine and we can collect the information when you leave.

Vulnerable Clients

If you are a vulnerable individual and are shielding during this time, we are more than happy to arrange to collect the information from you without any contact, please call us to request this.

Meetings

Unfortunately we are not yet offering face to face meetings in the office. However we are conducting meetings as we ordinarily would but through Microsoft Teams, or if you prefer we can do it via email or over the phone. When we call you to say your accounts are ready just let us know what option you would prefer.

We will continue to update you with any changes to the office or with government updates. If you need anything just give the office a call, stay safe and we look forward to seeing you soon.
