Natalie and Steph have attended XeroCon in London this week to learn about the upcoming new features Xero are rolling out during 2024.
It was great for them to see some familiar faces from the Xero team, as well as meeting many new Xero staff members and app partners. There was some great talks throughout the day, including from the CEO of Xero Sukhinder Singh Cassidy. She shared an insight into the next three years for Xero, “I’m really excited about this next chapter of Xero’s growth. I hope you can see that we’re not only committed to the UK, but also have a very clear strategy to deliver value for you”.
Over the upcoming months Xero will be rolling out the following new exciting features:
“Tap to pay” – Xero are launching a new feature which will allow you to take payments on the spot, right from the Xero Accounting App. They are the first major accounting platform to offer Tap to Pay in the UK – enhancing the experience of using Xero and offering more ways to pay!
Just Ask Xero (JAX) – Xero have created a generative AI-powered smart business tool, JAX. Launching later in the year, this will be able to assist your small business with completing the day to day admin tasks you face. You’ll be able to use JAX to raise invoices, editing a quote or sending an invoice out via WhatsApp and email.
